SFWD/T4 Regulations biggest slick you can run is a 25X8.7X13 " Slick .. On the street they run 225/50 or 235/60 BFG's they still hook better than street tires ...

CFT runs 24.5x8x13 slicks on their 00 GSR. The blue Si engine is sold. They are replacing it with a K20. So it has been and is still down. And they never ran 32" slicks ... Maybe on their Mustang

I am sure it revs way past 10,000.... I bet money it revs as high as my bike does don’t worry that car wasn’t going to break any axels on those tires... and that’s that I even offer if he broke down I would go home and my car trailer at no charge
