I love SRT-4's... They entertain me greatly... Granted I have the utmost respect for the guys who do them proper and aren't all riceresque about it but even so, so far every one I have run into will basically screw with me till I run them and blow their doors off and then off course they will do the whole uturn deal...

At anyrate... I'm going down McMullen booth on my way home from work... So I'm not 100% sure of the time. Probably at night... Anyway... I pull into nice rack off of enterprise and McMullen booth. Just seeing if my roomate was there. He was not so I leave. I'm pulling back onto McMullen booth heading south when the light turns green at the intersection... I'm pulling out of the exit down past the gas station... I pull out, get on it up to the speed limit, throw it in 6th and chill. I can see him getting on it... He begins to reduce speed once near me... We do one pull... No honk or anything. I downshift and get ready to go... I guess he thought I was trying or something and takes off. I'm in 2nd cruising at about 45-50. We get on it almost through 3rd... I put about 2 cars on him. Not sure of his mods. I know he had a BOV, and some exhaust it seemed. It looked like he had a homemade exhaust the way the tips were. No tips on it or anything. Just looked like alluminum piping. He basically just went past and did a u turn at the applebees.

I love the whole commuting home and getting a good race out of the drive. Makes my long days at the dealership worth it.

Have to say I love the sound of your Se-R from your mods the VQ swap is awesome. I wouldn't do the ricer thing but if you wanted to run I would try you and I'm pretty confident with that swap you would blow me away LoL. Is that the maxima 3.5 rated for 265? And your car weighs what all of 3500 lbs give or take a couple hundred nice kill!!

 

It is the 2004 Maxima motor rated at 265 from the factory... My car only weighs 2800 lbs or so though.

I don't remember but I think he did have something written on the back. I'm not sure if it was the window or what.
