I live in the Bradenton/Sarasota area and there is this group of cars around that are basically under the catagory of "show car" but basically they are full blown ricers to be perfectly honest (that is, honest in my opinoin). So I was driving down 41 and I see... well actually I should say I hear one of these cars coming, it was a mixture of a 3" tip stuck to the back of her car and bass. So I see the teal civic pull up next to me, badged with girly girl racing decals, so I said what the hell. So I give my car a few revs just to see the response and I get a few revs back. When the light turns green I hardly go anywhere because I knew she would do the same but I stay in first gear at about 3000rpm just in case she decided to take off at any point. so after like 200 feet or so she sticks her hand out the window and gives me a big ol thumbs down.. that made me giggle .

there really is no point to this story.. I just figured I would share an experience.

yea there is quite a few of them.. I think they should make a thread for pics the we take of the rice that we see around. I think the bradenton/sarasota area would be a pretty popular place.

sound's like the ricers in the wabash ghetto in lakeland ! yesterday i was getting gas down there and i saw a super riced out eclipse over at the vaccume. the guy had an awesome hot girl with him. i guess she thinks wings n body kits n stickers n blinkie lights make it the fastest car in the world! but damn she was hot though !!!!!! after they got done vaccuming the car they drove by me at the pump, so i couldnt resist! i said "hey ricer boy, ya wanna run the ol 4dr civic?" he just ignored me driving along with the cool guy frown on big time! lmao then i yelled "be carefull and dont fly away with that big ol wing on that thing!" damn i hope i see them again when i have the ol teg out cause i'd love to show her the diff between a ricer and an ugly car that's all about real racing!
oh yeah, as far as girly girl girls, i thought that they were pretty fast unless they let ricers in now too! angela's rex is the real deal, and nicole's baby si gave me one of the best runs ever from a turbo'd gsr in a hatch!

all the girly girl cars I see around here are pretty much crap. Which sucks because I have seen a girly girl version of my car with gaudy advanced discount auto parts on it and crap like that. I think there is one black civic that a girl drives who is either asain or spanish.. I couldent really tell because I only got a quick glipse at her but it doent look bad but its still riced out.
