Sadly, I have no tires or means of multiple stage boost control, so a dig is out of the question... HOWEVER, if you would be interested in a roll, Im sure we could set that up

 

I just have regular old tires and a plainjane manual boost controller also.

I dont care for roll racing for one main reason and that is the inevitable debate over what speed we will go at.
But, for sake of good sportsmanship I believe we could come to a arrangement.

 

No its sucks because no one will race me from a stop.

 

I will gladly race you from a stop once I get my new wheels/slicks and new boost controller... Hopefully by track day

What is a big dog? Well IMO sub 11's may not be the pack leader but certainly respectable. I personally don't like roll races. If you are strickly asking to run on the street from a dig you cut the number of willing people in half. Pride here in Tampa is awfully big. Maybe to big to swallow. But I may be out of place to say that.I really don't street race much or I'd be more than welcome to race. I love the track. If you wanna run there I'm game. I have no traction on the street. My car is geared and suspension set for super hard launches. Maybe some A4 LS1's on some DR's would give you a run. That seems to be a pretty good combo for the street. I always like to race faster cars. Makes me a better driver. Come to the track, all the runs could be N/T. Good luck finding a opponent.

I dont really pay attention to who is with what club anymore. Most people dont like running from a stop anymore. Mostly because of drivetrain issues (I would guess) but i just hate the constant debate on mph to run from. Its so much easier to me to just go from a stop where we both leave at the same speed and time.

 

You are right in what you say. I had an LS1 4L60E with a 4 stage and a 3.07 gear ( yes a 3.07 we changed it, not a 2.73 ). Yes a 4 stage. But that car got played out here in S Florida real quick. Ran 10.60 @ 129. Sold it a few months back. Killer car but know one wanted to play.

If the track is your thing. Cool. I like the track @ BMP but MOROSO in West Palm is like racing on OIL. I see more crash on the track, BUT I HAVE NEVER on the street seen a drag race crash in person, but that is a whoule other topic for another time.

Where the fuk are thay? No list, no BIG DOG, no street racing sub 11's that I have run in the 813 or 727 in over 2 years from a dig. I have come to the 813 727 area more than I can count in the past 2 years with at least 6 different cars. And what happens you ask? NOTHING but a car show.

I see some of you now calling each other out. For the track or the street. I think that is cool. I know I do not spend all this fukin $ on my cars and bikes to sit here and type my life away talkin shit. I would rather NOT be here typing at all. I would much rather come up there and have some real fun for once.
