we had a run like 2 nights ago, and since i DO have header-back exhaust, maybe it wasn't really fair.

this time ill give you ONE car length head start, and you can have the hit, too.

i think it should be a lot closer than the last race.

i know the rules, he makes the rules..so if you want to adjust these rules or whatever, go ahead. i just figured a headstart would help you out a little.

well the last couple of days my 2nd gear has been grinding like all hell from 1st-2nd. So if we did run again itd have to be from a 2nd roll....and im not sure what tranny I have but what is a good tranny to swap into the beast once mine goes out??? lol. LSD maybe?? for a 00 d16y8. ne one can chime in and help.

As for the callout, since wed have to do a 2nd gear roll, we wouldnt be able to do it in the same spot...well figure that out over aim though. Updates will come soon :mind is telling em something...im still going to lose...hmmm: lol

best tranny for d series is probably the one you have in there. its the ex/si tranny...i dont remember the exact part number..something like Pa200-00 or something?!

my third gear is gone, but i already have lsd.(not like it really matters from a 2nd gear roll)

yeah, i think my synchros are going out in 2nd. When I got the car and started driving it more I noticed it would pop out of second sometimes around turns at low speeds if im not on the throttle. At first I thought it was me, then tried it more and found out it was doing it by itself. Now when i make a hard shift from redline to 2nd it feels like i have the shifter in gear but it grinds to hell. Hopefully the tranny will last me long enough for me to find a good one for cheap. What do they run for? I think I wanna keep my clutch and all from this one though since it sticks pretty well.

i know TRIP threw like 2 of them in tha garbage, but ive seen them as high as 100. pretty damn cheap for a tranny.

my clutch isnt TOO bad, but my 3rd does the same thing your 2nd does.

since you're on your way over now, maybe we can get our run in.

a SI and EX tranny are differant.id go with the SI its going to be shorter,thats what steven has.

has for the race pick what rpm you want to go from id guess 4500?and dont that any car lenghts.if you drive right it should be a great race.his car may have a little more power to the wheels(10-12 at best)but your car weighs less.
