Man that is so awesome, my little dog Chico, (Mini Pincher), pisses on my wheels, bumper, tires, all the time.
Cavy gets owned by him all the time.
Something like ammonia, eats through chrome, make sure you get it off the wheels, it will desinegrate them.

You thought cat won, you haven't seen nothing yet.

They are polished aluminum, it doesn't hurt them, I just have to clean them and follow up with some polish and I'm good to go.
