94 sohc hatch vs. vw 1.8t
its around 12:00 tonight and i am going home from my girls house. i pull up to the light on erlich and south dawn view when i see my boy in his black 1.8t so i turn and he follows. we go from a 1st gear roll at about 4k rpms. he honks and were off. i instantly put 1/2 to 1 car on him and shift into second. he starts to reel me in and by the time i shift into 3rd he has a 1/2 car on me. i shift into 4th and he pulls a little more. we end at about 85-90 with him out a car maybe more out ahead of me. im pretty suprised with my lil ole single cam. heres the mods.
hatch: d16z6 (sohc vtec), intake with no filter (has a sock), 2 1/4 inch exhaust with test pipe, and an altenator pulley.
1.8t: has a frount mount intercooler, intake, and some upgraded ecu. he claims around 240hp( not to the wheels).

+1 to the SOHC
-10 to the gay 1.8T that continues to disappoint me and embrass the "turbo crowd". I think we should just call it a "1.8", and maybe eveyone will forget its turbo'd... weak ass VW...
Gotta be nothing better than being N/A and smacking a friends turbo car, WITH A SOHC.
