Ok so it was like 1 am and i was going home from dropping a friend off. I pull off of dale mabrey on busch i think it was. I pull up to the light and this silver saturn redline pulls up next to me and tells me how much he loves nissans so i go thanks and also said lets run so we take the turn and hit the next red light. light turns green and we go. from the dig to 2nd gear hes about even with me and by the time we hit 3rd he has about 1/4 ahead of me and then we let off half way through 3rd. Now remember this is also me with almost fully blown axles and 2 blown motor mounts. If the guy sees this post i wanna race you again before my turbo kit gets put in because i didnt even get to use my power gear(3rd). And with those mostly blown axles and blown motor mounts in a 200sx SE-R, modded N/A btw, i think i did pretty good against a saturn redline.

 

Must not have been a redline but good run against a N/A Ion. Respectable run i might say. I have a redline ill be at the saterday meet if you wanna run a few redlines we have 1 stock redline and 2 modded. Come out have some fun.

 

Sounds about right to me a stock redrine!!!111!!! runs around 9.8 in the 8th...My friends bolt on ser 200sx runs a 9.8 in the 8th..Drivers pending this would be a good race...Good kill man

 

I dont think he killed the rl. i think the RL let off while ahead b4 the ser could really get going thats what i got out of the small paragraph. thats the 8th tho the rl's trap like 95/99mph w/ BPU in the 1/4 mile nobdy races just to 1/8th mile. From my own experiance w. ser-spec v's i race a full bolt on white ser and he beat me out of 1st b/c i was beeping and trying to rev and shift at the same time then i realed him in real fast and past him by like 3 1/2 cars thats when i had just a filter added. But its all on the driver im not ruleing that out if it was a redline driver he raced.

He said they only went halfway into 3rd. That would be right around an 1/8th mile from a dig, maybe a little more. This wasnt a spec v either it was a 200sx se-r. The ones with the sr20 in them. Theyre going to pull much better up top than a spec v.
