on my way to work on 275 and i notice a black teg wanting to play. looked as stock as can be on ls mesh wheels. it was a 99 and up 3 gen black teg. the wife is driving the STi and we are just cruising. he catches up and get next us, so the wife drops into 4th and we slowly start to pull to about a half car and then we hit traffic. i was pretty impressed that the teg didnt get pulled that hard. i did have the AC on but i still couldnt figure it out. later up in traffic we get next to him and he has his windows down. i notice a turbo timer and the gauge bezel. makes more sense now. we finally get another spot to go and we go from about 50. the STi was slowly pulling but the wife let off because we were at out exit. come to find out later that day, my wife never went WOT. she thought it would hurt the car putting the pedal the floor. shes just learning to race it

the only mods i could notice on the teg was exhaust and fmic. i dont really count them a kill but the STi was slowly pulling. id like to run him again but with me driving. so if anyone knows some with a 99+ black, wingless, ls mesh, boosted teg, i want to run him again

on way home next to a new black mr2. wife still driving we leave the light normal and then the mr2 nails it. the wife finally put the pedal to the floor and the STi flies past the mr2, shift to 2nd and let off shifting into 3rd about 5 cars up. the wife goes, so thats what its like to go WOT she says wow, thats alot more fun.

im still teaching her to drive, she getting the hang of it. next i will teach her to launch it

 

not really sure. i think if it was turbo the STi would have pulled it pretty hard in 1st and 2nd gear anyway
