on my way to work today on the interstate a notice a younger spanish guy in a blue 350Z pacing me. i glance over and he is staring and smiling. i roll down my winder and motion to see if he wants to run. he kinda laughs and slows down to about 50mph. i keep it in 4th and we go. by about 80 i had about 5 cars on him and was pulling pretty hard, so i let off. as he catches up he nods and smiled. seemed a cool guy

i just hope i didnt hurt his feelings, it still had a paper tag on it

yeah he looked pretty suprised. i was suprised that he slowed down to run. i guess he didnt know the lower mph we go from, the better it is for me.

 

i was only at 3k rpms, i could have dropped into 3rd but it wasnt needed. also remember you are revving your gsr to 8k or maybe even more. i revved my lsvtec to 8200. the STi shifts at 6500. also the STi gearing is extremely quick. im in 5th gear when i finish the 1/4
