saturday night started out with an awesome rolling thunder... so glad i went and got to meet a lot of you wonderful TamponRicing.com folks.. great event

during the roll, i got to run that purple ls1 trans am again.. did a little better but he still pulled me up top and in his high rpms..

also kinda got to run slows/n95 finally.. but i missed 3rd gear so looks like we will have to wait a little longer to see what that turnout will be

then that purple trans am and i picked on an ls1 ss and once we passed him we raced again.. same results

out on gandy after the thunder, i found a red turbo integra saying something about 300 hp.. so we gave it a run.. 1st run: 35mph we launch and i instantly jump a few cars up.. stays that way til we shut down at 100somethin.. 2nd run low in my 2nd gear, right in his powerband.. door to door, an actual good run til up top then i pull... 3rd run from a stop.. i left him pretty good.. nice guy good runs

Later on out at gandy, met up with andy, dino, and this guy with a nice black 300zx tt... me and the z pull out to the bridge and take off from about 45... he inches on me til 5th gear good run, same results from the next race, then i finally got him down to 35 mph.. i hit it in 1st and pull out about a car and a half and it stays that way... last run 2nd gear roll, very very close door to dooor with him about a nose up front.. nice guy fast car good runs

about 330 i ran this crx with a 50 shot in the parkinglot of the gandy fishing pier.. no traction.. no real winner, then we went back from a roll and i put some distance on him but still no traction...

maroon 5.0 mustang with DR's and a big hood scoop.. we go first run from a stop (yeah i have tons of traction) he puts about a car on me off the line and i slowly start to make it back up... then we go from about a 20 roll.. i slowly pull.. good race

well thats about it i believe... very good runs... i think this is a message telling me that my shortblock that has leaky piston rings is deffinately gonna blow by next week... o well

sorry that we couldn't get better run in then what we did. On a side note I wax a stock rouch stage 3, it was like 3 cars no joke.

P.S. call me so we can get our run in.

I was driving. And the cars were very evenly matched, other than me getting a little hit after the 3rd honk on the 2nd run, but the first run was heads up.

And who else enjoyed the supra v. ls1 video? Witnesses, speak up!
