I lost to a mustang...I don't get it
I run over to a buddies house to pick up some parts in the wife's new car, an Audi TT. Low and behold I pull up to a light next to a 97-98 Cobra. I figure with AWD, 225 hp and armed with all the knowledge that mustangs on the streets of Tampa fall to every other car on the planet... this should be an easy win. with a few mutual revs and inching forward, the light turns green, I pull out hard by a solid half car and then the unimaginable happens...
he starts to pull on me! By the time he topped out third, he had a solid 3 cars on me! I don't get it. I read on here how every one beats these damn mustangs, and I got whooped! Maybe I should have put the top up...put on some more stickers...ground effects...something? Maybe it's just different down here in Sarasota. Help me out guys!

The mustang did beat me though.
