Well, I was comming home from brandon...

I got off on the Flecther exit from I-75. I'm at the light (by the wendys and shit...) All the sudden a Sliver Trams Am flew by, exhaust sort of loud. I didn't think anything of it-and then I was like, "eh fuck it.". I caught up to him around the bridge / Carlton Arms Apts..So, Since my disconnected my speedo recently I had no idea how fast we were going...Didn't feel like looking at the tach and determining. I believe he downshifted, as did I. Then, I honked and we both punched it. I pulled ahead of him by maybe a car or car and a 1/2. I shifted into third and I heard his car rev quick as fuck then he was at my back bumper. :bbb: I held him off at my bumper and that was it. At the light (50th?) I believe. I rolled down my window, He told me good race as I told him good race. We both gave a thumbs up and he took off. Overall, very good race. I'd like to know who it is though or if anyone knows.

good kill, you must live by me. what color is your firebird? my friend raced an older firebird recently in his WRX, in the same spot, as soon as the wrx started pulling the dude in the firebird let off.

 

yea them damn 03's...that was GM's biggest mistake. that and them cobalt SS commercials.

 

haha, typo's often happen from me when I 1st get up, my fault. I meant, 00-02 :bbb: anyways. I haven't raced a wrx at all. My firebird is red with a two inch cowl.

 

any ideas on who it was? 88 views and no one knows. Blah!
