both transam are auto as well but maybe just maybe one had better traction or myabe just a better driver u think.

unless that guys idea of heads and cam is making his own
custom grind cam with a dremel and some sand paper
and his head job is filing the ports while the heads are still on the
block I don't see this happening.

just because u think a sti cant keepup with the ws6 thats worked doesnt mean it doesnt happen . just give the car the credit it deserves. but yes like i said the ws6 did kick his ass on a roll and from the dig he finally caught up at 90 after he got traction but a race is a race.

i've seen a ws6 with just intake and exhaust run a 12.6 in the 1/4. but im not saying your story is BS. these are highschool kids and their driving skills havent been fully developed yet, so the story could be true, especially if the ws6 couldnt hook up.
