you're really gonna need to strap it to the dyno for this one jeff, thats a ballsy claim to make with nothin backing it up, im not saying one way or the other, but i'd say its time to call sam and set something up

 

Jeff, Both Leko and psifactor gave you good runs from a roll. In fact with Chris driving kelly's car aside from missing a gear I understand they ran almost right beside you. Now I understand that psifactor is right at a 14 sec pass until she goes single turbo and I don't see your new turbo dropping your times from a 14.7 to a new best of a high 12. IMO

Total kill/loss list from sat night.

15psi - First run was with a Yellow GT, stroker motor, 347ci IIRC.
We go from 40. I brake boost to about 11psi, and honk for 3. We're off, and pretty even through the gears, in fourth I end up at his rear fender where we shut down. Very close race.
I opted for a rematch at a higher boost level, but we never got to do it.

15psi - Blue lightning - Same one I played with on 15psi thursday night. He said he beat me and was pulling away hard, when I was simply keeping a safe distance and pacing him. So I wanted a rematch. Low roll. 3 honks and I instatly start rolling cars on him. He slept on the honks so we go another time. I raise the boost, for added insurance. 17psi. We go, this time at the same time, and I instantly bring him to my back bumper, from there it continued to get worse, him falling a good 2 cars behind. Maybe a bit more. I expected to see him in my rear view, but he wasn't getting beaten quite that bad.

15psi - Black AWD. Getting onto Bayshore, some TSI decides he wants some. I believe this to be smurf's old car. AWD 16g, small upgrades. I leave it in fourth for him, just because I dont want him to feel too bad. 45-50mph roll. It was a close race until about 80mph where I started to pull steady on him. Shut down because of traffic around 100mph.

15psi - Black 300zx TT. We go from a 40 roll. I pull a half car on him from the get go, but after that it's all over, he steadily pulls on me in 3rd and 4th. We took it to about 120mph, where he was a good 2.5 cars ahead. I upped the boost to 17psi, same results.

17psi - Red Supra (Leko) - 35ish roll. 3 honks, I steady put a couple cars on him (I guess?) after that I didnt pull anymore We tried to go from a stop, but there was a miscommunication, and it ended up not happening.

17psi - Some Silver 280ZXT lined up with me, I bogged the hole, and slowly caught him (took till top 4th) He shut down as I was at his back bumper. We go again from a low roll. I honked once, and he jumped out on me, so I played catchup for about 2.879 seconds before steady passing him, and putting cars on him, and cruising the shut down.

After watching simon beat the 300 that just decimated me, I knew tonight wasn't the night to be taking him on. So, being low on gas due to a massive fuel hose leak, and EGT being dead. I decided to take my beatings and go home with the wounds.
