Well im coming down Ehrlich after saying bye to some friends,and a silver R32 Golf pulls up and kinda spools on me,my friends little brother sticks his head out of the back seat and says Jamie!Bs'd for a minute and the kid asked me if i wanna run i said sure...go from about 30 mph,i gave him the hit and i put about 3-4 car lengths then shut down..he did a ricer fly by and cut thru traffic,nice sounding car but not much balls to it...

Getting off of DM onto Ehrlich a Black Porsche Carrera(non turbo) pulls up and revs on me,this thing looked SICK,19's,looked like a aftermarket exhaust..Onto Ehrlich(i was behind him at the light) he hits it after making the turn and i follow suit SURPRISINGLY i make ground on him,slow down and get side by side,he just takes off like a bat out of hell..once again i make up ground then out of nowhere he SLAMS on his brakes and turns into a neighborhood...i wish i gotta good run with him,would of been nice to beat that

 

nice but ummmm R32s are not turbo so how did he spool on you?

R32 is N/A and about a mid 14sec car. It is however AWD so you should of raced him from a stop to make it more fair.

 

are you sure?i swear i heard a spooling noise,i thought they were AWD 1.8t?...i dunna i know i heard s pooling noise

nope not turbo they have a VR6 engine in it

Sure it wasn't a 337 GTI (same as 20AE but the 337 only came in silver), I could see one of those being mistaken for a R32. Well not really but ya never know

Negative it was a r32 it had the OZ aristos,badges,oem kit EVERYTHING,plus the kid even said it was a r32

 

R32's are only quick from a launch, that 3400 pounds is too much weight for the 3.2 from a roll. Nice kills.
