Well I suppose you mean recently like this year, I would say a few of the guys who have made a name for taking on all comers or atleast race and there car runs good track times would be JuicedSS, Viper Guy, Limey, HybridSS, The Flash, Jerry lil Yellow Mirage, Green Nova, yellow datsun.. Those are some of the guys that i've herd alot about in the past year racing for money or bragging rights
And I would have to add that most of them i'm sure were sub 11 sec cars
