well the real story is, i raced Dan, Danny, onesweet, and jake. smacked them around and they all went home crying. fun night though

 

you went from a 60mph roll or what?,... I couldnt see you beating Jabtay with that 13.3 et at the track the other night jfwy

And now for DaTruth:

Overall I made 4 runs and went 1-4 for the night. Yup, bad night. Vince you were right that cobra does move out. Went 1-3 against him; 1st race, 40 mph roll, spun real bad, and away he went. 2nd race same conditions no spin but into 3rd i went and no gear there...hmmm, away he went. 3rd race: started about 45 in 3rd gear, no spin1 stage of juice and we are right together, go to forth and call on the second stage and pulled away. No fun losing, but was fun to finally race again, and was the 1st time spraying ina looooong time.

Now for what Vince wants to know.

Juicedss vs OneSweet:

50mph roll, 3 honks. Even start, both cars even, then 2nd stage kicks in and I think I got the W, cuz he is in my rearview and.....wtf? ..."why is he cahnging lanes?". That vette got so damn squirrelly IT decided the far right lane was where they were going...oh my.
Line em up again, same scenario - but from 55 this time. Even start, and James gets a car out, 2nd stage comes onand it stops the pull, goe to 4th, he is pulling again, going to 5th and the reality is I am not going to catch him, he is now out 2 cars. Then BANG! and a cloud of white smoke is billowing out from behind me. Damn it all to hell. N20 nback fire, and at least a blown headgasket. Not sure yet, BDA to be performed later.

I know James gets a badrap a lot for twisting stories and races to ensure he comes out on top, but the fact is this - that car flat out runs HARD. We went back and forth for about 3 hours -I wanted a 40 roll, and he wanted a 60 start. Neither would budge. We tried a 45 ish start, but that vette will not stay planted at that speed no matter what. The 55 mph start isnt too bad for me, but I had nothing for him right there in his sweet spot.

Thanks James for hangin with me till the tow truck FINALLY got there at 445am, you're a stand up guy.

 

So no Z06 vs Cobra runs? Sounds like it was a interesting night.
