blown 00 gt vs 04 cobra

we went from a dig and he got me out of the hole by about 2 cars. my car has stock suspension and doesnt hook up. as soon as i hit 3rd gear i started to freight train him and at the end i had a least a car on him, others think more but i wasn't sure.
