so like, what exactly happened when you ran jeff, im a little bit confused

 

so heres what i've gathered, lets see how good i am....

jeff = not as fast as a bike
chris = not as fast as jeff...
so....i think ya can kinda tell where im getting with it....btw, 14 psi with 290's, something is gonna melt, turn your boost back down

 

i thought i put it back on low.... hmmmph.... oh well......

 

Ok Ill try to keep this in order.... I was expecting him to still be in low boost and just play around so I dropped a gear (where I was not yet in my good powerband and had to wait for the turbo to gimme boost) and followed suit then let out when I realized he was no longer in low boost and I was havin trouble catching him. ALSO, I think Jeffs car is capable of beating some older 600s and 750s in close to stock form like the ones I have gotten lucky with.... That car from a roll is really pretty nasty.... But like I said before, Id be more than happy to give him a run where both parties are aware of whats going on.... Oh and for my injectors only being 290s, theyre actually giving me enough fuel to where when I cranked it up around 14.5 psi saturday night, it actually didnt lean out.... it went stoich. up top but never even came close to leaning out.... granted i still keep it at 9psi daily, for some occasions im not too worried about 14-15 psi, especially once i increase my fuel pressure a little tomorrow.....

Jeff and I both know his cars capability, i know jeffs car runs good, for what it has, it runs really good, especially his god knows how old turbo that pisses oil like no tomorrow...me and jeff both know that he is to stay away from bikes because he isn't fast enough, like i said, hes fast, but bikes are a different story altogether...the way jeffs car runs from a roll, i net him about a 106-110 trap speed....slow bikes trap 120-125....so thats still a 10 mph discrepency, generally, your trap speeds need to be either close to, or in the 120's before your messing around with 600's from a roll.....im not tryin to say anything, im just observing what i see, and trying to make sense from it
