Not really. I used to back in the day, but I enjoy the 1/4 mile a lot more.

i prefer the 1/4 myself but....it's a 100 mile drive for me...so i can settle for the 1/8th just to get in the recing fix i need and head out to the 1/4 after signifigant mods to see the improvement...IMO all the skill required for the 1/4 occurs in the first half of the track...for me im in 3rd before the end of the 1/8th and from there it's just a matter of riding out 3rd
