I was on my way home this morn from 1320(no t&t i have to work thurs nites) and i was enticed to a race.It was a friend of mine who prevoiusly owned a identical car similar to my auto gst.He now owns a 99 blue si w /i/h/e &55 shot zex.He ran a 14.6 earlier that nite so i figured it would be close.We did a 65+roll and i immedietly pulled 3 cars and held till about 130 when i consided it a kill.We talked at the exit by home and he highly doubts the mods my car has could pull like that.All i have is k&n, 2 1/2 dp and free mods.Btw its still on STOCK BOOST. These cars amaze me and the talon will be getting started on very soon.

I know right? With my old LS, I used to pull on the stock ones. Gook kill Oscar, we should meet up at the track one night for a run.

 

This car is slow as hell on a stop.I have so much lag its not even funny.On a roll start i can hold my own.

 

to much lag on a stock turbo???? I doubt that.....maybe with a bigger snail.

i was hitting 17psi by 4k with the 14b...doubt your seeing much lag.

Oh..and i call
if you've done all the free mods, your not running stock boost.

 

+1, when I had my eclipse with a t3/t4. I barely ever had any lag.

U guys forget the eclipse is auto.Brakes arent holdin shit either.Btw he didnt spray on me(or so he said)The stock gauge isnt even maxing out kenny so i doubt i'm running alot of boost.

 

stock guage is a POS. and auto means you can power brake it to boost...plus its a 13G...little bit less turbo to spool then a 14B
