acctually the S2K like the 350Z can give you a run kenny...if the guy knew how to drive it....it takes a 6k dump to get out hard in those...for example...you know the night you and i were at sunshine last ...a freind brought his M roadster down...granted a V6 but 240 hp also...he pulled off a 1.911 60 in his first pass ever on street tires,and later 4 passes later went 1.8...the s2ooo can pull a 1.9 in stock form but it's rear in the hand s of it's average driver,it also can go 13.8 in the 1/4...i mentioned the z earlier because it too is capable of these same times and i think is a car of similar speed

dont take my word though...ive never been in a stock s2000...however this one went 8.36 at sunshine...comptech blownand 75 shot...traction and the smell of clutch was a problem

all my experiences with them have been lackluster to say the least...i remember 2 use to always come out to sunshine and bradenton...the faster one would have one hell of a time getting into the 13's on a 75shot...this was back when i had the laser, i asked him if he would like to run and neglected but later in the night, we lined up and i got about 3 cars out and then he juiced it and went like 9.0@80 to my 8.8@77

So it would take a few more windings of the rubberband for a stock S2K to keep up.

Hell... even with my M, I only tell people I'm moderatly fast, and respectible for a 100% stock car. I'm far from the fastest thing on the road.

Good kill....
I can't stand owners of s2k's who are ignorant. Drives me nuts. Remember the stock one that challenged my turbo s2k that one night? I don't get it.
Oh, and the car is making a nice return to the scene. Man, all I can think about it getting Dan back for beating me down so bad. Its gonna take time, but it should be good.

P.S. I totally forgot to say thank you for pulling over and helping me out that night. I found out what the problem was, and it wasn't the freakin headgasket!
