3 races=3 turbo cars clowned...
Well i was at a local DSM shop today and was talking to a guy who works there he has a older DSM with just the stock 1 g setup 12 pounds. I wanted to run him and did twice.. Pulled about 7 cars off the line and kept him far till we shut down at about 85 then he said he compleatly missed 2nd... so we went again this time i pulled about 5, 5 and half cars off the line and kept him chasing me till about 70 then he came to about 3 cars and at about 90 he was about 2.5 cars away but started to fall back then we shut it down... I was happppy so we went back to the shop talked then he went to go meet someone and his buddy who he works with dident seem to belive my clams and gave me props... then i asked if he wanted to run his AWD dsm... he agreed and told me he was running 15 psi and had full exaust SAFC blah blah blah so we headed north for about 15 min we couldent get a opening or a light the we just slowed and rolled to a line at about 20~25 when we hit the line it was on... i sprayed the end of first and 3/4 of 3rd and off the bat i jumped 2 cars then he cought up quick cuz i was losing traction pulled a to where his back of the door was to my front... and we stayed even till 80 he fell back a little between shift but regained ground... we talked after and both dident know who won so a re race is set for a future date... VERY even race... then on my way home i was about to turn off my bottle when i saw a lowerd red civic...i figured wtf ill just play... we got a light i looked at him he ignored my look and light goes we both just crawl then i hear him hit it and a turbo spool A smile fell on my face... i bliped my throttle and he looked over surprized so we slowed to about 5 mph and i let him hit it then i just fliped the switch once i hit WOT in first... spun and took the fuck off... pulled like a bitch he had no chance i kept on it till 100 just to show him he need more boost the 8 psi he was probly running dident cut it... One of the better nights for me...

BTW for those who dont know my car is a automatic 4 speed 2.2 OHV cavalier... this with JUST the 55 dry shot... FLAME on

hmmm...i drove the laser to a 13.8 (13.9 on pump) and i was running 16psi on the 14b and my dremeled downpipe....sounds like he had alot more stuff done then me so the cavy must be pretty decent..i know you probably posted before, but what is done besides the n2o? i dont think a stock cavi w/ 55shot would do that.

You should save your mod list somewhere so you can copy and paste. Because there will always be somebody curious to know what you have when you beat something pretty quick. Just a suggestion.

Good idea.... I should write up a full mod list one day.... then just cut and copy... im getting sick of typing it over nad over... and i forget stuff like a fuel pump from a 4.3 blazer, lt1 injectors, Bottle heater, removed balance shafts, yadda yadda yadda
