today was like the 1st day i actually stayed at school and left the same time everyone else did, and boy...was it ever fun!

coming down 34th a friend of mine comes up in his GTS celica and he revved a couple times and i just laid into it from about a 40 roll, got about 1.5 cars on him to about 65-70 and let out.

second kill was me going towards the mall, another kid from school who i have seen around who brags about his integra being big shit and he has said on occaision that he wants to race the firebird, but i dont think he understood the vette is the slow one. anyways he tagged behind me for about 3 or 4 blocks then he punches it and i hit it right about the same time he got to my rear bumper and by the time i was at his rear bumper i started pulling on him and let off once i got about 1/2 car out.

my 3rd, 4th, and 5th kills were an escalade, 5.0, and a tercel..i guess they were all from another close by school cause i have never seen them before but they were all haulin ass up on me and i was doing about 45 and we all ended up catching a light together and we lined up me the escalade and the 5.0 in the far lane with the tercel behind me..light went green and i just spun bad and i can hear the 5.0 spinning bad too and the escalade pulled out about 1/2 car and then i ended up riding out on the escalade and once i got past him the 5.0 was door to door with me, i started to wind 1st out so i lifted (high rpms suck for TPI!!!) a little and got back into it on the shift and pulled about 1/4 car on him, then he shifted and barely dropped back any and by around 75 or so we let out with me about 1/2 car ahead. about 2 or 3 minutes later when everyone was settled down here comes the late 80's tercel wide open doing about 80 or so with the escalade riding hot on his ass

i also noticed it was windy as hell today, i mean when a gust blew i actually felt the car nose dive or jump forward or move to the side...couldnt imagine the skyway right now.

anyways 5 - 0 for the vette on the day.

birdy is looking for ~425 ponies, stock heads, exhaust, and bottom end ..hopefully by saturday, realisticly next weekend at best, if the tranny gets fixed like i was told it would be.
