so i havent had anything worth posting about in a long time, but this left me kind of confused:

i must have been still a little sleepy on the way to work this morning and been day dreaming. i pull out onto lakewood on my way to work and then as im sitting at the light at lakewood and broadway i see this realllllly orange car come to a stop behind me. the light goes green and car just sits on my rear bumper till we stop at the light at MLK. im like second car back and when the light goes green the car in front of me takes off, but i wait to see if there is any traffic coming before i go. i hear a rev from behind me? so i look back and see this guy getting lower in his seat and i hear a rev again, so since there was no traffic i go thru the turn and the mazdaspeed is eating up my rear bumper, so as soon as i get straight i floor it with him still right on my butt and proceded to put about 2 1/2 cars on him and wait a sec.... thru 90 he manages to fall back about another car. thinking this must be a fluke i get over into the next lane as we catch a light thinking ill get a run at him off of the light, but wait a sec he speeds up to get behind me? i wave him around to my side, but he wasnt having any of it. w.t.f. he was all over my ass in traffic but now that we had a light he didnt want any? well i had to get onto 75 so i had to leave him, but if anyone knows the guy with the orange mazdaspeed, tell him the white civic with the dirty bumper wants another run with him.

 

judging from your post it sounds like you have a stock automatic civic....if u have anything done what is it?

 

maybe he just didn't want to race? When you floored it, maybe he got on it just to mess around. Not everyone wants to race, whats wrong with that? I have had a lot of people rev it at me just for fun. Everyones not a 'racer'

thanks man, I appreciate it It runs ok for the mods I have. As soon as the warranty is gone I am hoping to make it a lot faster.

he was trying to race or else he wouldnt have hung with me till 90. im pretty sure he thought i was going to be an easy kill, then found out i wasnt.
