i think i can believe this....there was a blue STI at the last track day that ran a pathetic mid 14 i think....so if this person doesn't know how to drive it well (which a moajority of ppl really don't) then it's majorly possible.

turbo kia???? wtf... my dad had a kia and they dont make a t-66 kit for that car for one reason being its a pos, and 2 being that a t-66 is pretty much impossible to work on a street car and your red line must be lik 13000 rpm and i highly doubt that....."SON"
