i have a stock 2001 v6 mustang 5sp......raced a new tiburon the other day he definitly thought he could beat me...he thought wrong..i walked his ass four times, looks the hyundai is still shit

 

Not to down u but u must be a good driver or have a modded v6.
Ive raced stock tiburon gt's and kept up with them when i was na.When i raced stock v6 mustangs like urs i walked them all day.
I would like to see how i would do against u all i have is a auto crx.Btw my turbo kit is gone so it should be fair.

honestly i know its crazy. i thought he was gonna take me...to finalize the deal we race the 1/4 track in bithlo(orlando) last week. it was nuts but i ran a 15.8 and beat him....btw he has intake plug wires and its an auto

 

i personnaly drove an 01 v6 5 speed stang to a 15.4 with a passenger.. that same car later went 15.2 with a solo driver. It was bonestock down to the paper airfilter. I havent seen any other v6 stangs run close to that though so maybe that one was a factory freak.

That explains it the AUTOs are dogs. Not saying that the manuals are very fast but the autos are high 15sec low 16sec cars with some bolt ons
