I just saw this, wanted to say good job, wish I'd known about it. I almost could've qualified, but would have still been fun to be there. Love it when the big car wins!

Thanks Dogs!

Specie,

Still on the 1st stage fogger 150 shot. Can't jet up because the Walbro can not support the motor and any more juice.

Motor is set-up with a DFI F.A.S.T. unit to run on the street with 93 octane. No aggressive timing or border line air/fuel ratios. 2nd stage direct port around the corner, will be a totally different situation for the track

Sneakin Deacon,

The winning car, which took me out in the 2nd round of eliminations, was running consistent 11.0's at 120-121 MPH. Another Florida Impala Buddy. I let him try my 175 and 200-shot jets after he took me out to see if he could BLAST into the 10's. "Stock bottom 350" with heads, cam, a blower, and juice :o

3 of the 5 Big Dawg finalists were highly modified Impalas from Florida.

Thanks again for the positive comments.

Chett
