UPDATE:
Coming back down US19 from AE i caught the light with a FHP B4C...sounded sooo nice, i opened the cutouts and threw a couple revs at him...guess the damn ricer flipped the wrong switches cause it looked like his electrical and stuff was shorting out...lights all flashing and like half blips of the horn...well i hauled ass outta the light cause i mean, you all dont want to be around with a car about to blow up next to your right?! well i guess he got it all worked out cause here he comes running my ass down and pulls up behind me...this is when i thought to myself...this guy is a professional...he is drafting me...so i begin to swerve from lane to lane to get him off the back of me and as we came up to a bend in the road, i took the inside line (emergency passing lane) as we were rumbling about 100 or so and he is just drafting the hell out of me, so i bust a left at the 54th ave N light and make a dash for the interstate mario andretti style... i look in the rearview and he got a little sideways and wacked the lightpole but ill be damned if he didnt run me down mighty quick...i slowed down to about 75 to take the onramp (25mph sign my ass) and all i hear is his tires screetching the whole turn then the front end bouncing up and down going through gears...i thought i had just met my match but then all of a sudden WHAM..it hit me...i never moved the selector out of 1st from our initial run...i put it in D and pulled the E-brake for some extra boost and i mean it musta knocked me up another 200hp cause my tires just broke loose and put me sideways and then facing oncoming traffic so i let off and the LS1 just flies past me and im dodging and weaving traffic and he wouldnt chase me after that...
moral of the story...watch out for those roof raver domestic owners...they are getting quicker.
