modded 03Cobra,Vette,SS,turbo civic, 350with spray
So I was unfortunate enough to want to go to 1320 last night, on the way there I came across a Blue C5 with exhaust, we went from a 65mph roll, even with his 300lb advantage and his 45 extra hp and the fact I was running 3 deep, I managed to pull a car and a half as I went on his move.
Next a red LS1 SS rolls up with custom liscense plateand exhaust, I raped him a few times and went on my way and the Vette and him battled it out for a while.
I finally got to the track and raced my friend on here with the turbo white Civic, I managed to beat him to the other end, barring the shitty track conditions we were forced to race in, we both spun like a mutha!!
I raced another gold 350Z with rims and a body kit and nitrous, from a distance I could have swore that it was the same one I raced a few weeks back but it was another one with different rims and another driver. I beat him by over a second.....
On the way home leaving the track, a pack of mustangs roll up including a newer bullit and a modded siver 03 Cobra that was at the track. The first time we hit it I heard his blower belt make a squeal and I know that a stock belt from the factory will not squeal like that which leads me to believe that he atleast had a lightning pulley. We managed to get in atleast 15-20 full throttle, all out open road runs. I was able to clearly pull him over 75 percent of the time, even on his move I was able to catch him and edge him out by a bumper or more, but most of the time I could drive by him, keeping in mind I was 3 deep. Anyways, they were all good close runs with the Cobra.

will....I am not doubting your for a min. But for the love of my mind, tell me how a near 500whp cobra gets walked on the roll? Maybe I don't know your cars setup...but didn't somebody say your running mid 12s to 13s? If this is incorrect, then set me straight and it will make perfect sense to me.

what you have to remember is that the stock cobra supercharger heats up very quickly with aftermarket pullies. So if you do a bunch of runs he will not be making as much hp as he should be. He was not near 500rwhp. Also, the cobra is a heavy car. With driver he was probably around 3800+lbs.

Hey Will. How did the TB work out for you. What did they charge for it. PM me if you dont want to say here.
We did back to back dyno testing on that TB VS the $400 bbk 80mm TB. The ported stocker was within .3 hp through the entire rpm range.....at less than half the price.
