I could tell these guys wanted to race so we finally caught a light. I thought it was a v6 camero. It was dark out and it was green and it wasn't loud, So I figured what the hell I'll race. We bullshit at the light a little bit. I dont have my DRs on. I only launch at 3k and I didn't think it was that good but I managed to kill both of them off the line. I had about a car and a half on the LT1 before I shifted to 2nd, when I shifted to 2nd he was at my rear bumper. At around 55/60 he passed me. At 65 I shifted to 3rd and looked over and I noticed I had about a car and a half on the monte carlo. I shut it down at 90. About 3 cars behind the LT1. And about a car and a half to 2 cars in front of the monte carlo. The monte carlo didn't shut down and got up next to the LT1. They did a little roll race with the LT1 beating it. I got in front of the LT1 by about half a car and the monte carlo is pretty much right next to me. I downshifted to 3rd at 70mph and pinned it. Shifted to 4th and shut it down a little over 90 when the LT1 was about to pass me. I pulled about 2 cars on the Monte Carlo. Overall I'm very impressed with my stock corolla and I guess kinda disappointed at the LT1 A4 cuz I would've thought it wouldve beaten me a lot worse. The LT1 was bone stock with 64k on the clock. And i dont kno anything about the monte carlo except it was a newer body style and it was a z something. I'm pretty sure it was automatic also.

 

The Lt1 sounds like he was toying with ya.
