Well, I've been wanting to play around with something from a roll since the new gears went in and I finally got the chance tonight. It looked to be a stock C5, which I was happy about since I have already run others and could compare.

He was driving kind of stupid for a while so I hung back and finally got to get next to him we couldn't get a run in. He finally came up behind someone and I could see him look back to see if he had room to get over. I let off and gave him a little room and he downshifted and got on it as he changed lanes. I just left it in 5th and pushed the gas to the floor and had to let off twice so I didn't rear-end him as he was passing the other car. He stayed in it as he got back in his lane and I pulled past. I then slowed down to give him the thumbs-up but he wouldn't look over and proceeded to cut over across 3 lanes of traffic and hauled ass away.

I wish the guy had been a little cooler, but I really just wanted to see how the car would do pulling in 5th.

 

No, this was a pewter one with an older guy driving it.

 

Reminds me of the time we were in your WRX on the way to get chili. That stupid B.O.A. in the C5 that wouldn't race you until you were stuck behind a car and he had a free lane to go first. A 4 banger WRX beating to a C5 hurts the midlife crisis ego so badly. LOL

 

I remember that one Greg, and that was a black C5.
