Almost a kill, or was it?
Let's go back, back to Sunday night.
My friend/coworker who has a 96-98 Impala beat me by a couple feet before he shut down at the track.
That said...
Tonight we were both on the same track again and I was just driving next to him when I heard him gun it. So I gun it, oh shit I'm still in fourth. So I downshift into third and gun it again. By this time I am at his bumper. When holy shit I'm gaining on him. I got to about the front of his door before we had to shut down due to undisclosed reasons.
Potential kill in the making by the KA? Maybe...
