I'm the first to admit alot of hondas are slow. I guess my honda in the 12's is not all that impresive to you. I think trucks are slow because none have ever got me. I guess "professor" it is a good thing for me I never ran against your truck. maybe i can race your bird if i lose so be it. the light doesnt lie.

Has your car run a 12 yet and do you have a timeslip? I seem to remember in a post earlier that you said the car had run a best of 13.3. Which is it guy?

 

If you car is fast then props to you. But so far all I see is a 13 sec timeslip and some excuses. Not much to be bragging about, IMO.

I'm not the professor, I referred to Dan (juiced ss) as being so... seems like all the cocky turbo honda guys have a habit of enrolling in his class.

Now as for my firechicken... its nothing special.... just a lid/exhaust car.... I just bought it new a few months ago, and havent really had time to play with it.... I'm not really big in the street scene anymore, I try to stick to the track... but sometimes if the right oppurtunity presents itself, I just can't help myself.

I saw that you were heading to Miami this weekend... I live in Ft. Lauderdale... maybe I'll see ya around. You could prolly find me fri at Tower Shopps in Davie.. big car show.

Thanks Rich, I havw never lost to a turbo import or domestic for that matter. But I am sure that will change eventually...

 

13.3 on old street tires. i'm bringing slicks i have wheel spin no excuses if you dont think a car on slicks wont take away 4 tenths of a second then i dont know why we are talking. get serious! I had the slicks every time i want to go to the track it has rained. i plan on running before the 12 if i can. i want a time slip on this website so dont worry. if you met me you would know im not a shit talker im tired of people not giving me the respect i deserve i have put alot of time money and effort into the car the joke ie this motor is thue nothing and it will run 12's probably on the low end you will see for your self. i'm building a new motor that should be ready in 6-8 months that will easily put me in the 11's. so if i get beat i'll be back. how many hondas have you seen in the 12's. its not easy why do i talk so much because half the time i look for a race people laugh. why dont you ask some people about the little white civic sometimes even a girl is driving it so that is the worst time to race it. i ran 13.3 my wife has run 13.5 sonds slow but i cant fit big tires on the front with out slicks so with traction there will be no excuses.

 

And when I get my new motor.....

You don't get "RESPECT" you "EARN" it. when you get the 12 second slip then you can say you have a 12 second car.

 

you are a 100% right just make sure you pass the word on when i show you the slip to save some people some gas money. I have been trying to earn respect the fastest car i have beatn is traumas supercharged sprayed stang datruth was out there that knight when i beat him i heard he purged all his nitrous out when he was trying to show off (excuses). raced other roush said he had his airconditioning on, raced him another day had golf clubs in the car(excuses)I GET NO RESPECT. So how fast does my honda have to go to "earn your respect" im trying i guess those 50 thousand dollar mustangs arent to respectable or a zo6 or 911 or lightning i guess it will always be the car that beats me will get the respect. tell you the truth i'm ussally out front so i guess that will have to do. I know when i'm at the track someone will know why i'm qitstrn. all you have to do is look in front of you

 

I hear what you guys are saying, but I have to say that qitstrn's car is quick, especially for being a Civic. I have ran his wife a couple of times... who's pretty hot, I may add... while I was in the GTP, and she walked me easily. I don't remember if you guys recall that kill/death when I posted how I got smoked by a hottie. Yea, it was the GTP, and it's bone stock, but I've taken out GT's with intake/exhaust mods done from a roll with it, and I didn't have anything for her. TIFWIW.
BTW... the GTP went 14.4 with no traction.

 

Solution for TR respect: Kill a big dog. Have witness'. Post it.
