man im having a real run...i got pulled over by an under cover he let me go...it was a suburban at first i thought it was someone fucking with me...then he hit the sirenes i appologized said i wasnt sure he was a real officer ,he said he gets that alot ...i had my belt on as always ...then i caught up with HKSWRX first run he booged the launch a little and i went right by him...second he nailed it and i was coming up hard on the 2-3 but he shut it down...i understand...no need for excessive speed on the street...third run he gets less of a launch and im right beside him to 70 or so just off his rear wheel....thats when i see the flashing lights....im in the left and pull off he keeps straight but isnt running sorry man i got out of there quick when i saw him focus on you...thats it for me ...im taking it to the track....maybe once in a blue moon but this is rediculous...it's like a drug....and im bigger than this...sorry again HKSWRX hope you just got a warning

 

i have a question---- kind of related

if a slow car (a stock civic, neon, etc) revs on you and tries to race you, but you just take off and happen to beat him without actually trying to race, can you get busted for street racing? what is the legal definition of street racing? i know there's some research buffs out there.

i got a ticket for exhibition of speed once for reving my engine at a friend

 

that's interesting...cause where I work at we always have state troopers there and I asked one of them one day if you can get a ticket for revving and they said not at all, hmmm...
