Great night in Tampa last night, and to think I almost didn't come out!!!

My car is a bone stock lt1 with muffler only....no cat back.

I found 2 stock ls1's cruisin' around so I wanted to run them to see how bad they would pull me. 1 was a Formula, the other a Camaro SS. The Formula was first, we went from a 2nd gear roll. I jumped out in front all through 2nd then in 3rd he pulled about a car on me and we shut down. Then the SS, from 1st gear...I'm in front again through 2nd then he pulls about 2 cars on me in 3rd, shut down. I was happy for my stock lt1


Next I raced an 02 GT with intake, 3.73's, and exhuast from a dig. He pulled out from the start, his rear bumper at my front, and stayed that way untill about 110 where I passed him and kept pullin' untill 130. He's got me in a 1/4 though, good runs!!!

Last was Chet in the HB, you probably already read about that so I'll keep it short n sweet. 40 roll, go on 3 honks, he pulls 2 cars...you need to quit pickin' on stock lt1's

I'm movin' to Tampa on the 23rd BTW, can't wait

 

is your lt1 an automatic, cuz i noticed something pretty slow about a stock lt1 auto, a 97 z28 anyway. That when it hits 3rd gear the torque converter locks and the rpms r not even at 4 grand when you hit 3rd, so the engine kind of bogs out if u will, do u think that could be why u get pulled hitting 3rd gear? If you got a manual disregard that ...

Nope, mines a 6-speed...I get pulled by ls1's in 3rd because lt1's are stronger down low. ls1's are stronger up top, so when they hit 3rd they leave me.

 

I hope by then you will have learnd how to fucking drive...

 

Yea cuz I really don't like having someone come up on my ass like that and continue to pretty much eat the freakin bumper while I'm driving Cody's car...that's pretty shitty Gus.... you and that Smoore guy need to go take a driver's course or lay the hell off

yea goin across the bridge to watch the vel get his run in.. all these FUCKTARDS come flying up outa no where at first i was like where the hell did all this rice come from... then sad to say... they were all CAMAROS.. and a couple mustangs driving like complete jackasses... oh and then there was also some FUCKSTICK in a YELLOW NSX was with them as well.. what were all you idiots trying to do anyway? cause a 15 car pile up? WTF!

 

I don't know any of you guys, and I sure as hell didn't fly up on anyone's bumper and stay there. The NSX was in the pack when the chevelle and the turbo civic were goin' to race but I was never anywhere near him. So what kind of car were you in? If I came up on you a lil' fast and scared you then my appologies, but I was never anywhere close to hittin' anyone. I know my car and it's brakes very well.
