ive raced a red rousch but it was a stage3 and i dont think it had n2o. might just be a coinsidence that theres more than 1 red rousch at the races, who knows

I have a question... unless you stop n talk to somebody .. how do you know your racing a stage 3 roush?.. i hear that all the time.. "dude i killed a stage3 blah blah.. they make S/C and N/A roush's... so how can you tell the diff just by riding beside 1? I mean if your car has a turbo... how can u hear a charger whinning? if your spooling?.... just curious

 

There is a small badge on the back next to the taillight that says "stage X." Not sure, but I think they have twin-screw blowers that aren't very loud.

 

the newer roush mustangs all come with the same amount of power, the different stages give you better braking, supspension, etc. ... So i suppose it really doesnt matter what kind it was because they r all just as powerful .. right?

i could definitely hear the blower on the one i raced. and it said stage3 or rousch3 next to the back left taillight

 

Nitro- You can buy those badges at pepboys and shit... and No they dont come with twin screw...

Show5oh- No the new roush's are in stages.. stage 1 basic engine, upgraded brakes from the Gt's diff guages. some minor stuff, Stage 2 has 14" brakes, side exhaust.. and other things. Stage 3 is the Eaton S/C upgraded 15" brakes.. side exhuast, suspension.. "the works" so to speak ... So No the newer Roush's dont all have the same power. Hell the 03's even come with a v6..

 

thanks for the info. ... and a supercharged stang with nitrous, you would have to do alot of tuning to get that running right i think. Supercharged with nitrous, and lost to "just a civic", what a dumbass for talkin shit before he knew what he was getting himself into. good kill

rousch....they are alright, nothing but a 2v with a small blower(and everything cody said above). the shot might help lower intake charge temp, which those eatons need. damn hot ass blowers
