Default bypassing the n249 jetta 1.8t?

anybody wanna offer some assistance doing this? i have no idea what im doing with these german cars. I've looked at several DIY's and would just prefer having someone who knows what there doing assist me. I live in bradenton but can drive to tampa. Will pay you some money or buy some beer if you want to help. lmk

its a mk4 1.8t jetta wolfsburg by the way.
