Lightbulb HID's Problem in my Audi.. Can anyone help?

Hey all,

I have some after market HID's in my car, got them maybe going on a year ago. but with in the last month or two they've been giving me problems when turning on my fog lights and sometimes just the headlights but now it's happening more often when i turn on my lights period the ABS and Break light come on amd also the speedometor dies. i have to turn my lights off and the car off and restart it so the ABS and Break lights go away but then just the little harzard triangle with the circle light remains on for a short period.

Can anyone help me out or know what the problem is?

I assume something is crossed causing this to happen.

Thanks in advance.

its def electrical.
it could be...
the ignition switch,
a fuse
the fuse box
a relay
bad ground
or the stocks on the steering column
