Take a look at www.tdiclub.com . You will find that the undisputed best upgrade is the Upsolute chip. I happen to be the SE distributor for Upsolute www.upsolute.com I have a NB TDI that is chipped if you would like a ride give me a call 813-996-7320

I can do more for your TDI than anyone in the USA(other than other upsolute guys), but I am a little biased. so check out www.tdiclub.com or the TDI section of www.VWvortex.com .

You will find that upsolute is the undisputed leader for the TDI market and in the top three choices for 1.8T VWs.

don't Know about the wheels. Total cost on the installed chip would be $350 and would leave you with ~120hp ~225ft/lb. You can reach me at 813-996-7320

Better when cruising on the hwy. It will go down 1-2 if you are always on it in the city.
