Default Need help with my 2001 Jetta 1.8T

Hey guys my jetta is acting up. I need advice, I don't know what could be wrong with my car. It's idling bad and also I can smell a smoke. I found bunch of pipes cut and damaged....so does that has to do anything with how my car acting?? I need help as soon as possible...

I'll take pics tonight and upload em.
But whenever I push gas my car don't really do it's 100%....it kinda loose power when I'm pushing it then it gets normal. My rshared_pm idles too. Idk y. Thanks for the help I'll uploa pics tonight

May be my pipes has something to do with my car not running right?
I think I saw a loose pipe on the back of my engine by the empty space between the body and the engine. Idk if that has something to do too

bad idle usually means shitty oil pressure but cut pipes could mean no back pressure? deffinatley need pictures
