Im almost positive thats the "power steering cooler"
they run the tube like that in a attempt to cool the fluid.
this is what it looks like on my A4:

Most people convert to this style for better cooling:

AhHa! I tried using fuel line hose and i put two clamps on each side of the hose and i put rtv around the ends to make sure it didnt leak and it was fine until i turned the wheel and it split right in half, so now i tried using high pressure pvc tubing from ace hardware and its soooooo much thicker and stronger than fuel line hose and its working but it popped off at the end, so now im using JB Weld to keep the bottom part from coming off and if that works then ill be happy, if it doesnt im gonna shoot myself cuz i tried everything possible lmao

Did you use regular fue line hose, or fuel injection hose?
there is a big difference in price and psi.
Most Fuel injection hose exceeds 900 psi.
regular fuel line hose is 40 - 50 psi.
it will also say on the side of the hose if its for fuel injection use.
