I just got this car,and i want to take care of all the basic matinence.
Most important is the timing belt and water pump(im not even going to attenpt this one lol).
Do any of you know a good shop for this job?Its got the 2.8 in it.
Also about what is it going to cost?
I also can source the parts if thats going to save any money. And by what ive read about how much work is involved i know its not going to be cheap lol.but i need it done.lmk thanks.

If you don't mind going to Lakeland, I know a technician that can take care of it. If you get the parts and he does the work, you can have it done for around $500 total.

No, $500 for parts AND labor.

And I am assuming you would get a full timing belt replacement kit (which is about $250), not just the belt.
