Hey guys. I'm almost done building my 1.8T but I cant find anyone that can tune it. I dont know what to believe anymore. some people say that I can get 300hp with a flash and others say that the stock ECU can be tuned to get 300whp with my setup. If anyone can shine some light on this it will be greatly appreciated. and if someone can refer me to a reputable tuner or know of an aggressive flash to get the hp im looking for, that would be great too. Thanks in advance.

 

what is your setup? turbo size? fuel injector size?

 

1.8T, GT28R, APR stage 3 exhaust mani, 550cc Bosch style injectors. I also need to find a good fuel pump.

 

look at unitronics.
they do great work, and will set up the programing how you want it around the specs of the set up you have..

thanks for the info. I was also wondering if there are any vw clubs or meets in my area. I live by Northlakes, Near Gaither high school for those who know where that is.

 

Well there is a thursday meet thats on the top of the VW forum here. Other than that the other meets pretty much stink. Well the first saturday of every month meet at the best buy on dale mabry is pretty good.
