Default check engine light!!!

1. hey guys, my check engine light is on and i was told it was due to my after market exhaust...it is a euro sport 2.5 full system w/ not cat. and i was told due to no cat my exhaust o2 is turing on my engine light. does anyone have a solution to fix this problem besides putting a cat back in??? i have heard something about a pipe that extends the 02 sensor??? any help would be appreciated! thanks

2. i also have a passenger airbag light on...i think the seatbelt might have caught in the seat when i was cleaning the car. but not sure. any help??
