Turbo Vr6 Cutting Out At High Rpm's And Full Throttle Any Idea Why??
I have a 96 gti with a vr6 and a garrett 60 trim turbo with 42lb injectors running 10 psi. It runs awsome except for when I get to about 4500 rpm's and full throttle is cuts in and out and really kills it. Is this something to do with spark or timing?

I'm running a C2 chip setup. I do think it's running to rich but how rich I'm not sure because I don't have a a/f gauge and I haven't ran it on a dyno yet. I'm going to put it on a dyno this Saturday at S&R and see how it does and maybe I will have some answers then.

Is it burning any color smoke when you accelerate? Is it bogging out when you step on it? What kind of plugs are you running? What are they gapped at? DO you have the latest software from C2? Could be a coil pack issue.

what fuel pump do you have if its a stock one you could be running out of fuel
