Here's my guess:

It is a cabriolet with a manual transmission. Convertibles are womens cars, but 99.99999999999999% of women can not drive stick.

Your family is the exception. If you go by the general public and the fact the roughly 95% off ALL cars sold in the USA are automatics, you will see I am right.

As for all the female tuners and car enthusiasts, how many want a convertible, let alone a Volkswagen. Yes there may be some out there, but the bottom line is the car hasn't sold because it has a very small market that it will appeal to.

Yea I understand what you ment I'm just saying alot more girls than ppl think drive stick. And a cabby has a tiny market amung tuners concitering vw is not common and verts are not the norm either. But I'd suggest craigslist since it's ppl just looking for general cars. I personally love cabbys I just dnt have the money or this beast would be mine lol

+1 on that, and with it being a cabrio 5 speed, like the other guy said it will probably only go to a vw enthusiast, but you never know, glws

okay thanks for the info. the issue was resolved. dont believe me? come see for yourself. i was just more or less looking for the members that have been telling other members here not to trade or buy because it has an issue. everyone that was interested has been told of the issue and is well aware of it. im not a shady person. im not gonna tell someone that its perfect and nothing is wrong when something is. i would expect someone else to be honest about their car so why lie? i was even going to let another member here take it to their mechanic to have it looked at with no deposit or collateral beforehand so they woudl be more comfortable with making a deal. well like i said the issue has been resolved. but thanks so much guys. i really appreciate all your help.
