tampa shop for vw's?
hey guys,
i'm looking for a shop in the local tampa downtown area to see if i have cam a/b and check for any leaks because i'm getting low boost with apr stg 1.
anyone have any good experience with shops around here?

Nobody around that I would trust. Maybe someone will chime in with a good person. It took Fixx Tuning 2 hours just to flash my APR tune into my car. It was like they were using dial up or something.
Ive hear horror stories about those Forge spacers being a prime suspect for leaks though. If you can pull it yourself, I would start by removing that.

dubtuning......isnt there one around the tampa area? or S & R Performance is pretty good i hear

Dubtuning refers you to a guy. No in shop work there. Just parts sells and GIAC flashes. He says his guy is reasonable though.

German Elite Auto in New Port Richey is BY FAR the best for service work on any German car. Victor is a damn wizard with a wrench. He did my stage 3 build and I've been going to him ever since. No one else touches my car.
