Hey guys I just want your opinion on what car I should get for my Graduation present at the end of this school year. I have a BMW at the moment but its automatic and as much as I like BMWs id like to see what my other German buddies can do. I have researched the 2002 TDI vr6 and it seems to be a great car with plenty of starting HP and TQ. But I have also reserched the Audi s4 and a4 and those are really great cars as well. Can anyone tell me what I should get that will give me the fastest car possible (with mods that I will get). All input will be good thanks

 

Theres no such thing as a TDI VR6. The TDI is a 1.9L turbo diesel 4 cylinder. The VR6 is a 15 degree 2.8L six banger. My advice to you if you want a fast VW or Audi would be Buy an S4

Well S4 with mods is fast as balls. 1.8t with a good amount of modifications can be almost as fast. Id get an S4 soon though as they arent being manufactured anymore (so says the dealer) and next year may be the new body and new engine (maybe ew? maybo not?).

 

You have an M3 and are looking at VW/Audi? Wow thats change. Im actually going the other way around. Im looking at getting an M3. What dont you like about your car?

 

I have driven both the M3 and the S4 and Im afraid the M3 is faster.
